- Johnny Saint and Sid Scala open the show and announce NXT UK TakeOver: Blackpool, which will be on Saturday, January 12, 2019. Toni Storm comes out and says since she won the Mae Young Classic, she is entitled to a title match of her choosing. She says she wants a shot at the NXT UK Women’s Championship at TakeOver: Blackpool, and Saint gives it to her.

1. Jordan Devlin defeated Kenny Williams (w/Amir Jordan)

- NXT UK Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley says she decides when she defends her title and who she defends it against, and she wants to defend it next week. Saint and Scala tell her that she can defend it against Deonna Purrazzo.

2. Eddie Dennis defeated Dan Moloney (via Disqualification)
- Dave Mastiff attacked Dennis, leading to the disqualification.

3. Saxon Huxley and Tyson T-Bone defeated Jack Starz and Tucker

2. Marcel Barthel defeated Mark Andrews
- Fabian Aichner attacked Andrews during the match.

- “Doomsday” by Architects is revealed as the official theme song for NXT UK TakeOver: Blackpool.

3. NXT UK Women’s Championship Match
Rhea Ripley (c) defeated Deonna Purrazzo
- After the match Ripley attacked Purrazzo, but Toni Storm made the save.
