Super Luchas over the weekend put out a list of who they think will be in the WWE Cruiserweight Classic but the real story is that they confirmed that the former Jinzo now working as Ronnie Mendoza, Zumbi, & XL would be part of the tournament. Super Crazy trained Mendoza and was the first guy to bring in Zumbi & XL in Mexico so there is a connection there with him & WWE.

Demus 3:16 is heading to Puerto Rico to work for WWC on 6/25 and he will be working against former rival El Torito making his return to the ring after being released by WWE.

In some sad news, Zayco who was an undercarder in EMLL for years and also the son of Mocho Cota and brother of Mocho Cota Jr. passed away over the weekend. Zayco also known as Armando Cota was working security at Arena Mexico in recent years after suffering a career ending knee injury in 2014 almost was killed a few years ago when he was stabbed in Sonora. In other sad news, longtime Monterrey based luchadora Flor de Loto also passed away this weekend after a tough bout with cancer. Descanse en Paz to both of them.

2. El Demasiado & Diva Salvaje defeated Fly Metalik & La Jarochita even with Demasiado suffering a leg injury.
3. Dalys la Caribena & Zeuxis beat Estrellita & Lady Maravilla
4. Los Toros Negros (Jr./II/III) defeated La Mala Hiebra (Centvrion/Fly Warrior/Latigo) with Toro Jr. taking Latigo's mask for good measure.
5. Los Neza Kings (Andy Boy/Danger King/Guerrero Mixteco) beat Canis Lupus/Dr. Cerebro/Eterno by DQ due to excessive violence from Canis on Mixteco.
6. El Barbaro Cavernario defeated Black Terry by DQ after a foule in a very good match. Cavernario had fouled Terry earlier but referee Rafa el Maya never saw it.

EMLL 6/7 - Arena Coliseo de Guadalajara
1. Espectrum & Malefico beat Leon Blanco & Nautilius
2. Arkangel de la Muerte/Canelo Casas/Sangre Azteca defeated Magnus/Oro Jr./Starman
3. Furia Roja/Misterioso II/Sagrado beat Angel de Oro/Esfinge/Stuka Jr.
4. Damian el Terrible (subbing for Mephisto)/Ephesto/Luciferno defeated Atlantis/Maximo Sexy/Mistico II
5. La Mascara beat Rush by DQ when after he fouled Rush he threw his mask at him with the referee seeing the mask.

EMLL 6/10 - Arena Mexico
1. Akuma & Metalico beat Robin & Star Jr.
2. Disturbio/Escandalo/Virus defeated Pegasso/Soberano/Stigma
3. Lluvia/Princesa Sugei/La Vaquerita beat Dalys la Caribena/Tiffany/Zeuxis with Sugei using a Mistica on Zeuxis so it looks like she will be getting a shot at her Mexican National Femenil Title.
4. Damian el Terrible/La Mascara/Shocker defeated Kraneo/Pierroth/Rey Escorpion when Mascara fouled and pinned Pierroth usin the ropes. Mascara & Pierroth talked up a mask match afterwards.
5. Mexican National Welterweight Title: Rey Cometa beat El Barbaro Cavernario to win the title in a tremendous match with Cometa even using the Cavernaria to win. Cavernario then hinted at a hair match afterwards.
6. La Nueva Sky Team (Mistico II/Valiente/Volador Jr.) defeated Los Guerreros Laguneros (Euforia/Gran Guerrero/Ultimo Guerrero) in a really good match with Valiente going over UG then demanding a shot at his NWA Historic Middleweight Title afterwards.

1. Stukita & Ultimo Dragoncito beat Nitrito & Pequeno Violencia
2. Hijo del Signo/Nitro/Sangre Azteca defeated Hombre Bala Jr./Metatron/Oro Jr.
3. Blue Panther Jr./Guerrero Maya Jr./The Panther beat Los Kamikazes de Oriente (Fujin/Shigeo Okumura/Raijin)
4. Blue Panther/Mascara Dorada/Stuka Jr. defeated Ephesto/Luciferno/Niebla Roja
5. Atlantis/Diamante Azul/Marco Corleone beat Mephisto/Mr. Niebla/Shocker by DQ when Shocker fouled Azul.

IWRG 6/12 - Arena Naucalpan
1. Demonio Infernal & Vampiro Metalico beat Omega & Sombra Verde
2. Sonic & Zatura defeated Shao Lee & Violencia Jr.

5. IWRG Intercontinental Heavyweight Title: Mr. Elektro beat Mascara Ano Dos Mil Jr. by DQ to win the title after being hit in the head with a bottle. MA2K demanded a hair match afterwards.
