Le principe des "Pick'ems" est simple, choisir le gagnant et attribuer un certain nombre de points de confiance pour chaque match.
S'il y a 8 matchs, le pronostique en lequel on a le plus confiance se verra attribuer 8 points et ainsi de suite en descendant jusqu'à 1 seul point pour le pronostique en lequel on a le moins confiance.
La ou les éventuelles questions bonus rapportent 2 points chacune.
