Suicide Kid a remplacé le véteran Corporal Robinson qui n'avait plus donné de nouvelles au proprio de la IWA-MS Ian Rotten. Ce dernier a donc décidé de le retirer du tournoi.

Match 100% CZW. Moore s'est fait contrer après un saut depuis le bar.

John Wayne Murdoch def. Bull Bronson

Murdoch l'emporte notamment après avoir utilisé ... Un vrai tazzer sur les parties intimes de Bronson !

Corporal Robinson def. The Freakshow

Robinson a finalement remplacé MASADA absent pour une raison inconnue. Robinson a battu un autre Hardcore Veteran, Freakshow, qui n'était initialement pas annoncé pour ce tournoi.

Tremont l'emporte 4-3 dans un match où il fallait faire passer son adversaire à travers des néons spécifiques.

Josh Crane (w. John Grey) def. Corporal Robinson et Mitch Page

Élimination 1: Corporal Robinson par Jos Crane après une attaque de Kongo Kong
Élimination 2: Mitch Page par Jos Crane

Matt Tremont def. Ron Mathis et John Wayne Murdoch

Elimination 1: Ro Mathis par John Wayne Murdoch

King of the Deathmatches - Finale
Matt Tremont def. Josh Crane

Tremont l'emporte après avoir fait passer Crane après une planche de verre en feu. Après le match, le proprio Ian Rotten vient remettre le trophée à Tremont puis le mer e avant au micro. Rotten casse ensuite le kayfabe en mettant ensuite le jeune heel Crane en avant. Le show se termine par Tremont et Crane se prenant dans les bras.
