3/25 NWS results featuring Shelton Benjamin

National Wrestling Superstars made their first ever appearance in South Amboy, NJ on Friday night March 25th at the South Amboy Middle & High School Gym, and the area fans came out in droves to welcome NWS, as a better-than-expected, and highly energetic, Friday night crowd piled into the gym.
* In the opening contest NWS Cruiserweight Champion Spyral retained his title in a Triple-Threat Match against former champions “Mr. Entertainment” J.D. Smoothie and Jumping Joey Janela.
* Before the next match, South Amboy teachers Miss Peterson & Mr. Parks came to the ring, dressed as Hulk Hogan & Hillbilly Jim respectively. They welcomed the fans, but their appearance was interrupted by former ECW & TNA star Julio Dinero and his manager Miss Michelle, who spent several minutes taunting them and the fans, all the while bragging that his main event opponent, former WWE superstar Shelton Benjamin, hadn’t even shown up yet and was probably too scared to even step foot in the ring with him.
* In the second match, The Famous TV Wrestling Clown (with Miss Peterson & Mr. Parks in his corner) defeated ROH star Judas Young.
* In an International Tag-Team Match, The Nigerian Nightmares (La-Fu & Ra-Fu, with Voodoo Queen Bella) defeated The Candian Canucks (J.T. Highlander & Chris Banks).
* As the show broke for intermission, the fans were greeted by former WWE superstar “The Gold Standard” Shelton Benjamin.
* NWS Heavyweight Champion “Rampage” Rogers (with manager Miss Michelle) retained his title in a return match against former champion Ray Ray Marz.
* NWS Tag-Team Champions The Jersey Shore Jocks (Mike Dennis & Chris D’Andrea, with Miss Peterson & Mr. Parks in their corner) retained their titles in a rematch against “Corrupted” Corey Havoc & “The Love Machine” Nicky Oceans.
* In the Main Event, former WWE star “The Gold Standard” Shelton Benjamin defeated former ECW & TNA star Julio Dinero (with manager Miss Michelle).
