WWC held their May 29 event at the Los Caobos Arena at the Frankie Colon Sports Complex at Ponce. Nagual reported the action as follow:
1-Double Image defeated one of the D'Jour Twins and Brandom.
2-Carlitos defeated Ricky Reyes with a top rope body press.
3-Las Pesadillas (The two guys that do Orlando Coon's [La Pesadilla] security crew) defeated Zafiro & Mala Muerte when heel referee Mr. Mac lowblowed Zafiro and Muerte.
4-Hiram Tua defeated Mr. X.
5-BJ & Ray Gonzalez defeated La Pesadilla & Idol Stevens when Idol was pinned by BJ after his own version of the RKO.
6-Thunder & Lightning & Angel defeated Tommy Diablo & Rico Suave & Johnny Styles. Original match started as Diablo vs. Angel, but Rico and Styles interfered, so Thunder & Lightning came to the rescue and after a brief epeech by Diablo, match was converted to an australian tag team match. Match ended when Angel used Stylrd stick on Diablo and pinned him.
One of the D'Jour Twins isn the USA and that is why he wasn't at the show. Steve Corino no showed.
Nagual reported 125 fans attending the show.
During the evening there was general rain over the island, so probably that worked on people not going to the show.
