In the opening six-man tag-team contest, NWS Heavyweight Champion "Corrupted" Corey Havoc & "The Cold-Hearted Playa" Danny Demanto & former WWE developmental protege "Too Cocky" Kevin Matthews vs. "The Outlaw" Shane O'Brien & Michael Reigns & Shock ended in a double-countout.
Before the next match, NWS manager and former NWA Canadian Heavyweight Champion "The Hockey Goon" Rocco Dorsey came out with "The American Turncoat" T.N.T and The New Wild Samoans (former WWE Headshrinker Samu & King Nagu).
