WWC held their June 14 event at the Raul Oliveras Coliseum at Yauco. Havoc, of the WWC Forum, reported the actionas follow:
1-D'Jour defeated Double Image. One of the D'Jour had one of the Image on a cradle, but reversed the move, but referee saw him, so while both argued, the other D'Jour reversed them, so when referee returned, saw D'Jour pinning Image and did the count.
2-Tommy Diablo defeated Carlitos to retain the Junior Title. Carlitos had Tommy ready to apply the 6-19 on him, but from the dressing room cameAquiles and saw Carlitos, distracting Carlitos, who do not did the move. Then diablo surprised him on a roll up to win the match.
3-BJ defeated Ricky reyes with the RKO. Before the match Steve Czorino came out of the dressing room and signaled BJ that he willwatch the match.
4-Hiram Tua defeated Mr. Mac.
5-On a battle royal to determine the challenger for Idol Stevens Puerto Rican Title at the Anniversary Show, Shane The Glamour Boy ended as winner and getting the anniversary title shot. Heels were Double Image, Ricky Reyes, Tommy Diablo, Mr. Mac and Aquiles, while faces were Shane, Los Aereos, Orlando Colón and D'Jour. Shane eliminated both members of Double Image. Tommy eliminated one of the D'Jour. He also eliminated Hiram Tua. He next eliminated the other D'Jour. Aquiles was eliminated by Carlitos, who also ended being eliminated by Diablo. Then Mr.Mac, entered to the battle,as he stayed outside the ring all the time. Shane and Orlando Colon eliminated him. Then Diablo was eliminated by Shane and at the same time Ricky Reyes was eliminated by Orlando Colon. Instead of battling, Orlando shook hands with Shane, signaled to him and then eliminated himself, making Shane the winner.
6-Steve Corino defeated Shane The Glamour Boy. He retained the Universal Title. Shane began attacking Corino. A fun event took place as Corino stipped a kid of his toy title belt, a security crew bring it backand then Shane attacked Corino until they reached the kid and the kid attacked Corino withhis toy. Later Chaparro came in and came to hold Shane so Corino can hit him, with Corino using his glove, but Shaneducked and Chaparro ended being knocked. Then Shane took the glove and after two times, hits Corino the third time,but was unable to end the match. Then Shane went to do his elbow from heaven, but there Idol Stevens came and pushed him from the ropes, so Corino grabbed him and applied a neck breaker to win the match.
7- Thunder & Lightning defeated La Pesadilla & Idol Stevens to retain the Tag team titles. Corino was close to the ring and was ordered to leave. Thunder tried to do a roll up on Idol but in the process did not pinned him and exposed his cheeks. Later Stevens received a 3D, but La Pesadilla stopped the count. Then La Pesadilla grabbed a knux and knocked Lightning. Thunder entered, with something on his mask, replaced Lightning and took his position. But thenMr mac interfered and caused a DQ. Then Mac received two chokeslams and was carried out by La Pesadilla and Stevens.
