Super Luchas magazine announced on Wednesday that they would be formally making their return from a 3 month hiatus on July 1st.

World Boxing Council Dictator…I mean President Jose Suliaman stated at a press conference yesterday with Hijo del Santo that he wants him to defend his CMB title which is now a Welterweight Title where it was an openweight title in the past this September against a Japanese opponent. Santo was upset with Suliaman about them picking his opponent for him which is extremely hilarious if you know the past of the WBC and how they deal with their titles and he wants input on the decision. Good luck with that one. Presumably this will be someone from NOAH since Santo’s son is currently there training.

Speaking of Santo he also said that he will make a mask match between Dr. Wagner Jr. & L.A. Par-K on September 16th at a big outdoor show in Zocalo like the one held last month but he did note that there would likely be one or two more luchadores in the match as well. Again good luck with that one Santo as rumors are that Doc is going to re-up with AAA.

And in more Santo goodness, Par-K has now started his own Twitter account @laparktapia where Par-K spouted “Chinga tu Madre, Buenas Noches” at Santo which prompted Santo to block him. If you don’t know what Chinga tu Madre means….well it involves the word mother….so you can take it from there. (UPDATE: El Hijo del Santo has since unblocked L.A. Park and is now following him on twitter!  SECOND UPDATE: L.A. Park’s twitter account is listed as being “suspended”. Let’s just assume that will be an ongoing deal with him.)

5. Relevos Increibles: Dr. Cerebro & X-Fly beat Hijo del Pirata Morgan & Hijo del Mascara Ano Dos Mil when MA2K accidentally fouled Pirata after a bloody match. Cerebro & X-Fly had issues as well.

IWRG 6/20 – Arena Naucalpan
1. Fulgore I beat Sky Angel
2. Imposible & Picudo Jr. defeated Angel del Amor & Saruman
3. Centvrion/Golden Magic/Veneno beat AK-47/Canis Lupis/Fierro by DQ when Veneno faked a foule from Canis/
4. Chico Che/Las Traumas I y II defeated El Angel/Decnis/Scorpio Jr.

5. Por el Rey del Ring: Dinamic Black beat 911 by DQ after 911 was caught using a steel chair on Dinamic before pinning him. Dinamic won the title here as titles change hands via DQ (World Class would be proud of all these title changes by DQ) and this was called one of the best matches of the year here.
