Averno gave an interview with Diario Record yesterday to do damage control denying all the WWE rumors and said that his main focus right now is to take La Mascara’s mask but his father Rodolfo Ruiz who is also a referee for EMLL confirmed in another interview that his son is heading to WWE.
Shocker said today that while he is booked to make his return to action this Friday night at Arena Mexico, he hasn’t been cleared to return yet by his doctors and isn’t sure if he would compete or not.
Extreme Air Wrestling which was thought to be dead last year after in their final show the promoter ran out with all the money is sending out press releases saying that they are coming back in July and will have such American stars Shelton Benjamin, Zach Gowen, Charlie Haas, Brian Kendrick, Paul London, Jackie Gayda, & Reby Sky to go along with lucha stars Mr. Aguila, Hijo del Rey Misterio, Juventud Guerrera, & Marco Corleone. Don’t hold your breath on this one.

4. Metro defeated Rey Escorpion by DQ after a foul.
5. La Sombra/”Strongman” Jon Anderson/Toscano beat Shinsuke Nakamura/Mr. Niebla/Rey Bucanero with Nakamura said to have looked lazy here while taking the clean pin from Strongman.
