Dr. X held a press conference on Friday to officially announce his departure from CMLL as he is now a member of Los Perros del Mal and will be now known as Dr. X-Treme. Doc said that it had been past time to move on and finally acted on it saying that PdM felt like family to him. Doc also said that he hopes to hook on with AAA as well.
CMLL announced that they would be holding a Torneo Parejas Increibles Suicidas for the minis on 8/21 at Arena Mexico where the ultimate losing team will face off in the main event in an apuestas match. The participants are as of now: Astral/Bam Bam/Electrico/Maximito/Mini Fantasy/Shockercito/Ultimo Dragoncito/Nitrito/Pequeno Halcon/Pequeno Olimpico/Pequeno Violencia/Pequeno Warrior/Pierrothito/Universito Dos Mil.

1. Metalico & Starman beat Disturbio & Inquisidor
2. Nitrito/Pequeno Warrior/Pierrothito defeated Bam Bam/Mini Fantasy/Ultimo Dragoncito
3. Lightning Match: Sangre Azteca beat Raziel
4. Fuego/Metal Blanco/Palacio Negro defeated Euforia/Hijo del Signo/Virus
5. Angel de Oro/Delta/Shocker beat Ephesto/Mephisto/Polvora
6. Atlantis/Hector Garza/La Mascara defeated Dragon Rojo/Mr. Niebla/Ultimo Guerrero with the rudos getting DQed in the first fall for excessive violence on Garza and then Garza getting a clean win on UG setting up their CMLL Heavyweight Title next week.

2. El Bronco/Puma King/Tiger defeated Angel Azteca Jr./Molotov/Sensei
3. Arkangel de la Muerte/Cancerbero/Loco Max beat Dragon Lee/Pegasso/Rey Cometa
4. Blue Panther/Hijo del Fantasma/Metro defeated Misterioso II/Polvora/Nobuo Yoshihashi
