Arturo Rivera announced on Wednesday that he would be returning to commentary on the Heroes Inmortales show on 10/9 at Arena Monterrey after a long absence due to health issues.
EAW announced on Thursday that they are bringing in Jimmy Wang Yang to work for them next month.
Konnan announced yesterday that AAA will be bringing back their Lucha de Oscuras concept which is the arena is darkened with the wrestlers wearing glow in the dark gear and this time it will feature the women as Fabi y Mari Apache/Cinthia Moreno will face Jennifer Blake/Sexy Star/Velvet Sky.

2. Lluvia & Marcela defeated Princesa Sugei & La Seductora
3. Fuego/Metro/Sangre Azteca beat Cancerbero/Polvora/Vangelis with Fuego wanting a shot at Polvora’s Mexican National Welterweight Title afterwards but his partner Sangre Azteca is getting the shot next week instead. Sucks for Fuego.
4. Mexican National Lightweight Title: Pierrothito (c) defeated Bam Bam to retain his title in a match that stole the show.
5. La Generacion Dorada (La Mascara/Mascara Dorada/La Sombra) beat Mr. Aguila/Alebrije/Mephisto by DQ when Mephisto fouled Dorada.

2. Torneo Cibernetico por el Leyenda de Plata – Block A: Volador Jr. eliminated La Mascara to advance. Order of Elimination: Tiger/Shigeo Okumura/Puma King/Palacio Negro/Delta & Stuka Jr./Metal Blanco/Polvora/Guerrero Maya Jr./Valiente/La Mascara
3. Jushin Thunder Liger/Mascara Dorada/La Sombra defeated Dragon Rojo/Los Sicarios del Infierno (Averno y Mephisto) with Liger going over Averno. After this match, Brazo de Plata got his tribute with most of the Alvarado family in tow.
4. La Peste Negra (Felino/Negro Casas/Mr. Niebla) beat La Fuerza TRT (Damian el Terrible/Rey Bucanero/Hijo del Texano)
5. Super Libre: Atlantis defeated Ultimo Guerrero

3. Los Nuevos Temerarios (Durok/Freeyser/Machin) beat Billy el Malo/Escoria/Espiritu
4. The Psycho Circus (Monster Clown/Murder Clown/Psycho Clown) battled La Familia Dinamita (Cien Caras Jr./Hijo del Mascara Ano Dos Mil/Mascara Ano Dos Mil Jr.) to a double countout when everyone crashed and burned on dives and the like. Both teams wanted a rematch afterwards.

Independent 9/16 – Auditorio Municipal de Tijuana
1. Flecha Roja & Jonathan beat Galeno & Viento
2. Scream & Tazmaniac defeated Classico & Rhyno
3. Kung Fu Panda/Spyder Black/Transformer beat Enfermero Jr./Silver Star/Star Boy
4. Mortiz & Villano III defeated Super Astro & TJ Boy when V-3 fouled and pinned Astro.
5. Arandu & Super Astro (subbing for Chavo Guerrero & Chavo Guerrero Jr.) beat Ray Mendoza Jr. & Villano IV by DQ when Villano III interfered. The Guerreros finally showed up before the 3rd fall and told the fans that they were sorry for not being able to compete as they just got to the building in a situation that was beyond their control along with the promotion and to make it up to them they were going to stay after the show to take pictures along with signing autographs.
