NEWS

AAA is running a poll on their official site asking the fans what match they would want to take place between L.A. Par-K & La Parka Jr. and the vote is overwhelmingly favoring a mask match by a 3185 to 1103 vote over a match for the name. Supposedly AAA was wanting the result to be the other way but the fans want what they want just ask WWE.

Atlantis

Atlantis said today that he is sick and tired of Mistico flip flopping between being a tecnico or rudo and it shows total disrespect to the fans especially the children who he has deceived with his actions and that he “El Idolo de los Ninos” would make him pay for that tomorrow at Arena Coliseo. Atlantis said that when he went rudo he never deceived the children as he always has loved them it was just that he didn’t like the tecnico wrestlers. Atlantis went on to talk about facing Mistico on tomorrow’s 67th Anniversary Show of Arena Coliseo and he said that they must have a great match in honor of all the great wrestlers that wrestled in that building over the years and the fans that have frequented the building as well. Atlantis said that he has been wrestling in that building for 27 years and that he would teach Mistico a lesson in humility his way.

The big Dos Leyendas show at Arena Mexico on 3/19 featuring Felino losing his mask to La Sombra will air on a 2 hour block on Samurai TV on 4/13. That is great.

Brazo de Plata stated a couple of days ago that he is getting tired of Hector Garza acting like an ass to him in the ring in their matches lately because ever since he asked him to help him lose some weight, Garza feels like he is some type of mentor now. Super Porky said that he really is happy that Garza has helped him lose weight but him slapping around must end now. Porky said that with the help of Garza he has lost around 60 pounds but he is no fool and that Garza must respect him as a man or he will make him respect him.

Additional news (Added by Fredo!):
There is a 10-page spread in the most recent issue of Muscle Mag on Jon “Strongman” Anderson. Here’s a pic of STRONGMAN~! and here’s a link to Muscle Mag’s website. (Thanks to Richard Larocca)

RESULTS

CMLL 4/2 – Arena Mexico
1. Horus & Metalico beat Disturbio & Durango Kid
2. Bracito de Oro/Electrico/Mascarita Dorada (this was the real one) defeated Nitrito/Pequeno Warrior/Pierrothito – Bracito & Warrior are heading for a mask match.
3. Lightning Match: Fuego beat Polvora
4. La Triada del Terror (Averno/Ephesto/Mephisto) defeated Blue Panther/Rush/Sagrado when Mephisto pinned BP after Averno threw a beer in his face.
5. Hector Garza/Hijo del Fantasma/La Mascara beat Damian el Terrible/Hijo del Texano/Taichi Ishikari
6. Brazo de Plata/La Sombra/Volador Jr. defeated Felino/Mistico/Negro Casas after the Casas brothers walked out and turned on Mistico celebrating his loss rather than helping him out of La Mistica that Volador had on him. Mistico was pissed off after the match and got on the mic saying that he likes being booed but he is still a tecnico no matter what anyone else thinks and this whole rudo bit with Volador is over but Volador didn’t agree. Volador grabbed the mic from Mistico and told him that he will never be accepted as a tecnico again and this feud is far from over because Mistico is and forever will be a traitor.
