NEWS AAA held a press conference yesterday at Six Flags over Mexico in Mexico City yesterday regarding their upcoming TV taping (one now instead of two) for FOX Sports Espanol on 11/29. Dr. Wagner Jr., Jack Evans, Marco Corleone, El Mesias, & Pimpinela Escarlata represented AAA with AAA Vice-President Dorian Roldan presiding over the conference and Wagner was the main speaker among the wrestlers saying that if he doesn’t win the Lucha Libre Premier tournament then he hopes that someone from Laguna would win specifically talking about Pimpinela Escarlata who Doc said that he was a fan of when he was a child to laughter from the peanut gallery. Pimpi then got on the mic and said that he feels great responsibility being in this tournament after 22 years and he hopes the fans keep supporting him. Jack then got on the mic and said that he was so glad to be working for AAA or anywhere in wrestling because he was always told as a kid that he was too small to be a wrestler but he has proved everyone wrong and will continue to do so. Jack, Pimpi, & Marco then went on some rides afterwards for fun. Dragon Rojo will be the next luchador to make the leap into the telenovela world as he will be starting on the TV Azteca drama called Pobre Diabla. Dragon will be playing a priest who becomes a luchador to raise money for his orphanage. Nice to see some originality in the writing. Mistico will be making his next defense of his IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Title tomorrow in a rematch against the man who he defeated for the title a few months ago in Tiger Mask IV at Sumo Hall in Tokyo. Los Hijos del Averno (Damian el Terrible/Hijo del Texano/Mephisto) defeated Ray Mendoza Jr./NO LIMIT (Tetsuya Naito & Yujiro Takahashi) 5. Atlantis/Negro Casas/Ultimo Guerrero beat Brazo de Plata/Shocker/La Sombra and Porky was said to really not look good here. IWRG 11/5 – Arena Naucalpan 1. Keshin Black beat Mascara Magnifica 2. Micke Segura/Star Boy/Tetsuya Bushi defeated Avisman/Maldito Jr./Samoth by DQ when Avisman ripped off Bushi’s mask. 3.
