AAA announced yesterday afternoon that Canek would be the last luchador sorpresa at the Rey de Reyes show tomorrow in Monterrey. He will be competing in Grupo A against Cibernetico, Electroshock, Toscano, Perro Aguayo Jr., & Silver Kain. Canek was the Rey de Reyes winner in 2002.

CMLL 3/15 – Arena Mexico drawing 10,500 fans (Dos Leyendas = close to 90% full)
1. La Dinastia Casas (Felino/Puma King/Tiger) beat Delta/Guerrero Maya Jr./Triton
2. La Triada del Terror (Averno/Ephesto/Mephisto) defeated La Mascara/Mascara Dorada/Valiente
3. Caballera contra Caballera: Estrellita beat Amapola
After this match, Rayo de Jalisco was honored along with Salvador Lutteroth.
4. Rayo de Jalisco Jr./Rush/Shocker defeated El Terrible/Mr. Niebla/Universo Dos Mil by DQ when Universo fouled Rayo.
5. Torneo Parejas Increibles – Finals: La Sombra (in Parka skelton style outfit) & Volador Jr. (dressed as Venom) beat Atlantis & Ultimo Guerrero after Atlantis & UG had issues. Atlantis then challenged UG to a Super Libre match next week which isn’t quite happening.
6. Caballera & Mascara contra Mascara & Caballera: Rey Cometa & Stuka Jr. defeated Namajague & Shigeo Okumura with Namajague unmasking as Kyosuke Mikami, 29-years-old, with 3 years experience.

IWRG 3/14 – Arena Naucalpan
1. Imposible beat Mr. Leo
2. Black Terry/Eita/Tomahawk defeated Oro Negro/Silver King Jr./Violencia Jr. but the IWRG guys were beaten down by Silver Kain and his boys afterwards.
3. Argenis/Drago/Fenix beat Centrvion/Dinamic Black/Trauma II with Fenix & Dinamic Black especially impressing.
4. Eterno/Hijo del Mascara Ano Dos Mil/X-Fly defeated Monster Clown/Murder Clown/Trauma I after Trauma I turned on his teammates then got beaten down afterwards until his brother made the save.
5. IWRG Intercontinental Heavyweight Title: Cien Caras Jr. battled Psycho Clown to a double pinfall to retain his title.
