NOTICIASAt last Tuesday's show at Arena Coliseo de Guadalajar in the main event, Mephisto/Mr. Niebla/Ultimo Guerrero beat Los Ingobernales (La Mascara/Rush/La Sombra) in a match that ended in a near riot as the Ingobernales got into it with some fans before security intervened although it did no good as Sombra & Rush both broke away and went after the fans again. Rush even threw an umbrella into the crowd before police finally got involved. It all started when Niebla grabbed a beer from a fan to throw it on Rush but Rush got it himself and threw it on Niebla but Niebla ducked and fans got drenched. The fans who were supposedly drunk started throwing beer on the Ingobernales & Niebla prompting the wild scene after the match.
Jalisco Box y Lucha Commission President Guillermo Sandoval was at the show and told La Cancha that Rush & Sombra are suspended for 90 days and Sandoval promised sanctions against the local promoters for allowing this to get so out of hand. The Volador Jr. vs. La Sombra match that was supposed to take place at Arena Mexico tomorrow night has been changed to Volador vs. La Mascara.
Another member of the Ingobernales was involved in a bad situation as Marco Corleone was robbed by two men with weapons in his home on Wednesday where they stole several items and money. Marco filed a complaint with the police so hopefully they can find the criminals.
AAA announced yesterday that Triplemania XXIII will be broadcast on conventional PPV in the United States & Canada which is a huge step for them. HD will be $29.99 and SD will be $19.99. AAA has also started up an English language website at aaalucha.com as well as a Twitter account @AAALucha.
Last Friday night's Sin Salida show at Arena Mexico will air on Samurai TV on 8/16 so that could be the best bet for the Ultimo Guerrero/Rey Escorpion hair match to air unedited.
