Legendary AAA rudo announcer Arturo Rivera underwent surgery yesterday to relieve a strong infection in one of his lungs due to complications from pneumonia.

Arturo has been battling pneumonia for the past week but it got really bad a couple of days ago as he wasn’t able to speak so the doctors found the infection and commissioned surgery for yesterday. Arturo’s daughter Liliana posted updates on her Twitter account throughout and said that he is in stable condition with Arturo posting himself that he hopes to be out of the hospital next week and is able to go back to work soon.

4. Black Terry/Dr. Cerebro/Solar I defeated Hijo del Diablo/Negro Navarro/Shu el Guerrero and fans threw money in the ring afterwards.
5. Triangular de Parejas: Pirata Morgan & Hijo del Pirata Morgan beat Huracan Ramirez & Hijo del Huracan Ramirez & Pantera & Hijo del Pantera
6. Blue Demon Jr./Tinieblas Jr./Veneno defeated Fuerza Guerrera/Hijo del Lizmark/Hijo del Solitario and after the match Hijo del Anibal came out thanking the fans for their support when of course Hijo del Solitario attacked him and he left out on a stretcher.
